To keep on track with healthy eating for a fit lifestyle I aim to:

1. Eat at least 3 different food groups per meal (1 of those being a fruit or vegetable)

2. Eat every 3-4 hours

3. Consume the right portion sizes

This helps me create balanced, nutritious meals to keep me energized and satisfied!
