Hi All, It’s been awesome at my new job Personal Training at the YMCA in Boston! For this morning’s workout I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and ended my workout with a circuit incorporating core-strength and the rower. Here’s what it looked like:
I’ve been loving the rower lately, because it’s an awesome total body cardio workout. Put that resistance all the way up & aim for a 2:30/500m or faster pace!
