Hi All! February is coming to an end, and I’m sure many of you can agree with me when I say “I’m more than ready for Spring”. This morning the sun was shining and the weather wasn’t as cold this morning, so it got me exciting for the warm weather (that couldn’t come soon enough).
For breakfast this morning I piled on blueberries, almonds, dark chocolate chips, and drizzled honey on top of some yogurt. The protein, fats, and carbohydrates in this bowl are great as a pre-workout meal. Mmmm..! It’s also filled with protective probiotics, antioxidants, and Omega-3’s 🙂 !
Today’s workout will incorporate moves to tone the whole body. I’m heading to the gym soon to sweat it out on the elliptical and finish off with this Total Body Workout:
