Hey guys! Hope you’re having a nice Monday and a sunny start to the first week of June :). For this month I’ll be posting “Summer Tone” workouts that focus on toning the legs, abs and arms for bikini season! Each workout will be 18 minutes long with 20-40 minutes of cardio beforehand. Today I ran for 30 minutes then headed into my first 18 minute leg-toning workout. Here’s what it looked like:
