This morning I woke up to a steamy cup of French Vanilla coffee and an egg white sandwich with a side of clementine 🙂 .
Whenever I’m buying fruit, I usually just buy bananas, apples and blueberries forgetting that clementines are so good! Well now I am overstocked with clementines because I bought a big case of them so I need to eat them up before it’s too late (hmmm.. doesn’t seem like a bad thing right? 😉 ). A little bit after breakfast I began my workout with a total body strength/toning workout. I was definitely sweaty after this bad boy.
After this strength routine you will have completed 100 pushups, plus dumbbell and leg exercises! Now that feels good to say. I took a few breaks during the pushups part, my arms were burnin’! After the strength workout I went outside for a 25 minute run, it felt great and I’m feeling strong with all of these strength workouts lately. Now I am sipping on a delicious Starbucks iced coffee, contemplating what to have for lunch. TGIF, although I have an organic chemistry exam tonight from 7pm-9pm,
so fun what a downer. What doesn’t kill ya makes ya stronger right? 😛
