35 Minute Elliptical Blast

Morning everyone! I’m sippin’ green tea and getting ready to dig into a juicy, red-delicious apple and some almonds. Today’s workout was a quick and sweaty elliptical workout. It was a challenge but felt great!

I’m happy to say resistance 15 is getting a bit more comfortable for me 😀 . Hope you’re all having great workouts and Tuesday brings some sunshine!
