Today’s “2 Min. Circuit”

A 30 Minute Total Body Circuit, guarenteed to make ya sweat! Start by completing each move non-stop for 2minutes. When you repeat the circuit, complete each move non-stop for 1 minute. For the Sumo squats and lunges hold your dumbbells for added strength.
