Who doesn’t love an icy, thick, vanilla shake? Protein shakes are great as snacks and pre or post-workout fuel. Today I mixed a scoop of vanilla whey protein (160 cals, 1g fat, 2g sugar, 30g protein) with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk for an afternoon pick-me-up. It tastes like ice cream and helps you build lean muscle, I’ll take it! What’s the best protein powder you’ve used?
