What’s one amazing, flavorful, low-cal topping to add to salads- Salsa. With the burst of flavor it adds, who would guess it’s only 10 calories per 2 tbsp?! You don’t need oily dressing when you can fiestify a handful of spinach! For dinner tonight I put a handful of spinach in a bowl, surrounded it with blue corn and flax chips, topped with salsa and black beans. Delish! You can also top it with corn and shredded cheese. This is so easy, it only takes 3 minutes to put together, it’s healthy and satisfying. Exciting right?!
