There are endless possibilities of what you can add to salads- veggies, nuts, fruits, dried fruit, fish, meat, even pasta- that’s why I love ’em so much! I made this salad with a big handful of spinach, sliced cucumber, sliced apple, olives, 1/2 can of tuna and balsamic vinegar. It has almost every flavor and is very satisfying.
