A great way to mix up your morning oatmeal. I cooked 1 packet of plain original quaker oats with 1/2 of a sliced banana and 1 tbsp. ground flax in the microwave for about 1 minute 15 sec. The banana gets warm and sweetens the oatmeal. Then I put the oatmeal in a coffee mug, topped it with 1 serving of Vanilla Activia light, and 1/4 cup berries. Dig your spoon in there and enjoy!
