The Buddy System

When your lacking motivation, sometimes joining in with a friend or friends for a gym sesh can really help! Going to spinning class, a scenic run, or just a long walk can be more fun when it’s a social event (how about playing frisbee with two great labs?!). When I really don’t want to workout I tell myself I’m only going to workout for 10 minutes, after ten minutes I usually am enjoying the workout and keep going! 😉 Pick a workout schedule and stick to it, nothing is more important than your health!
