How about this dessert to end the day: half of a frozen banana topped with peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. It’s so easy, delicious, and healthier than typical desserts. It basically tastes like ice cream. To make this treat just freeze a pealed banana in the fridge overnight or for a few hours, then when your ready to eat it top it with a tablespoon of peanut butter and a few dark chocolate chips. This could also be a good afternoon snack instead of eating cookies or processed food! You could also slice a banana, cover the slices with peanut butter and melted chocolate, then freeze for a few hours or overnight to make bite sized pieces. Amazing!
