Since I did Yoga yesterday, today I need to amp up the cardio and definitely do some weight training for strength. Focusing on arms and abs here’s my strength routine for today:
12 curls (5-8lb dumbells)
12 tricep kickbacks
50 second standard plank
50 second side plank (both sides)
12 shoulder presses
Then it’s out the door (probably in the rain!) for at least a 25 minute run
