Super Antioxidant Kale Smoothie

Slimming and delicious for any time of the day- a meal or snack. I mixed 1.5 cups kale, .5 cup chopped carrots, 1 cup frozen blueberries, .5 banana, 2 tbsp ground flax, 3/4 cup almond milk, and some ice for breakfast yesterday and it was amazing! You can experiment by adding spinach or frozen strawberries and mix it up. A great way to start the day or pick up your energy in the afternoon.
